ACS
NEWCASTLE 75 REUNION
THE CLASS OF 75 ~ 1975 - 2015
SATURDAY 18TH JULY 2015 - BE THERE!
Richard Lucas
Retirement is so busy I'm thinking about going back
to work for a rest. Chris and myself are still busy
doing lots of travelling ( as much as the meagre
pension allows-I retired early you know!) The other
limiting factors are the fact that Chris still works 2
days per week and those related to decreasing
physical capabilities. I still manage to Ski (with a
MOJO), bike and fish, though now finding difficulty
with downhill sections while hiking downhill. Worst is
the fact that I am having to reduce squash from 3
times/week down to once or twice on account of the
knees-even considering bilateral tibial
osteotomies-advise please from any of you
arthropods!

I am also very busy trying to save the planet (or at
least delay the inevitable) through my role (unpaid) as
project director for a small local ecological charity
-The Welsh Dee River Trust. I am actually a trustee,
administrator, volunteer pesticide sprayer/ electrofisher/ chainsaw operator and surveyor plus anything else that needs doing

Our son, Gavin is married and has our only (so far) grandson, Ralph, aged 20 months. Gavin recently left logistics giant DHL,
to set up his own company opening trampoline parks. Naomi is a training grade anaesthetist, currently living in Canterbury
and on a Kings/Surrey Sussex rotation.

Looking forward to seeing you all in July
