| Having served 26 years as a consultant clinical oncologist (& latterly as an honorary professor) in Dundee, I retired completely in 2012. With the children down south or abroad, we (Rosemary and I) decided to move south (in 2013) to be able to see more of them. We are now living in a village in the Cotswolds and enjoying life in the country but have easy access to London, Oxford etc. Time fully occupied with the move (still seem to have boxes of "stuff"), music (concerts and trying to learn to play the piano), theatre (Stratford just up the road), gardening, golf, seeing the children and two elderly mothers who now also live nearby. Don't know how I ever had time to work............. |
