| I have now retired, having worked as a GP Principal at Cambridge Ave Medical Centre in Scunthorpe from 1985 to 2013. I really enjoyed General Practice, with the great variety of conditions to deal with, getting to know so many Patients and their families over the years and working as part of a friendly and supportive team. I had intended to work for a few more years but when I developed health problems two years ago I decided it was time to retire, and although I still miss the staff and patients, I am enjoying the slower pace of life! Sorry I’m not able to attend the reunion, hope everyone has a good time. |
